Hey there! I completely understand what you’re going through. I went to one of the most expensive universities in my state (for a degree in communications). Even though I went to an amazing school, I didn’t get a high–paying job out of the gate. I moved to Los Angeles to start my career, and it was a lot more expensive than I was expecting. After stressing about all of my bills for a few months (including my student loan debt), I decided to work a side hustle for a few nights a week. I worked as a barista at a local coffee shop after my 9-5 and it was amazing! I paid off my loans much faster than I would have otherwise. It definitely takes hard work and dedication to make a side hustle work, but I totally encourage you to find something that works for your lifestyle and schedule. I’m a night owl, so working at a coffee shop fit into my schedule quite well!
